The Japanese performance giant and the Italian sportswear institution have linked up again on the GEL-QUANTUM 360 I, a silhouette that first turned heads in 2015 as the brand's first shoe with cushioning built into the entire sole.

The concept is "Architecture in Motion," which sounds like a coffee table book but plays out more simply: the shoe treats the city as something you move through, not just exist in. A layered mesh upper keeps things breathable. The sole is lightweight and responsive. It lands in three colourways, with C.P. Company's Metropolis Series logo on the toe and ASICS' spiral on the heel.

To mark the release, the two brands hosted a breathwork session at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. Not the most obvious launch venue, but that's the point.
The GEL-QUANTUM 360 I drops March 19 through ASICS and C.P. Company channels and selected retailers worldwide. The blue colourway is exclusive to C.P. Company flagship stores and cpcompany.com.
