Louis Vuitton is becoming the Official Supplier and Branded Licensee of the FIFA World Cup 2026, continuing a partnership that dates back to 2010. The French luxury house will design the official Trophy Trunk that carries football's most coveted prize onto the pitch during the finals.

The partnership extends beyond the trophy case. Louis Vuitton is launching a limited-edition collection of three iconic trunks inspired by the Trophy Trunk's design: a Coffret 8 Montres for watches, a Cotteville 16 Montres for watchmaking, and a Malle Courrier Lozine 110 for general storage. Each piece features Monogram canvas with hand-painted FIFA World Cup Trophy imagery and golden "V" accents. Customers can personalize them with monogrammed initials.

"For over a decade, Louis Vuitton and FIFA have shared an unwavering commitment to excellence, bound by a shared belief in sport's power to inspire and bring people together," said Pietro Beccari, CEO and Chairman of Louis Vuitton.
FIFA Chief Business Officer Romy Gai echoed the sentiment: "The Official Trophy is the most coveted prize in world football and it is only fitting that it is carried in a Louis Vuitton trunk. The moment it is brought onto the pitch ahead of the final match will once again be a highlight, connecting tradition with the pinnacle of modern football."
This marks Louis Vuitton's fifth World Cup partnership. The house previously designed Trophy Trunks for tournaments in South Africa (2010), Brazil (2014), Russia (2018), and Qatar (2022). The collaboration reinforces the brand's long-standing relationship with elite sports, stretching from the America's Cup in 1983 to recent partnerships with the Paris Olympics and Formula 1.

The 2026 World Cup will be the most expansive yet, featuring 48 teams across 16 host cities in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Louis Vuitton's trunk will be there to witness it all, embodying the brand's enduring motto: "Victory travels in Louis Vuitton."
